Todd Shimoda


ShimodaTodd Shimoda is the author of two novels: 365 Views of Mt. Fuji (Stone Bridge Press, 1998) and The Fourth Treasure (Nan A. Talese/Doubleday, 2002), which was listed as a 2002 Notable Book by the Kiriyama Prize. It also won first place in the fiction category of the 2003 New York Book Show. Both books include art by his wife, Linda. Shimoda is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Journalism and Technical Communication at Colorado State University where he teaches science and environmental journalism, technical writing and editing, and Web site design. He researches artificial intelligence applications in education and health communication. A Colorado native, he has also lived at various times in California, Texas, Nevada, and Japan.
